Itinerary for Czech Republic

Coach pick up from designated points and transfer to Birmingham Airport [Bristol/Cardiff subject to availability.
Concerts: Worst days for concerts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Concert in Pilzen always takes place on a Sunday [noon] if chosen. Most concerts start at 7pm and have duration of no more than 1h 15 mins. No interval.

On arrival in Prague, we transfer by coach to the Hotel the Hotel Duo. Evening at leisure. During the tour you will be escorted by MSB representatives [English and Czech speaking].
Post event, return to hotel.
Day 2: Morning and afternoon at leisure, and preparation of first concert in the evening at 7PM. This will be a joint concert with a local choir Post Scriptum and the local choir would normally only perform approx 15 mins at the start as a welcome to the touring Choir. Post concert return to hotel.
Day 3: After breakfast, we drive approximately 1 hour to the beautiful town of Pilzen. Here, at 12 noon the choir will perform a full 1 hour concert at the beautiful Cathedral of St. Bartholomew. Post concert we have a choice: Either return to Prague where the rest of the day and evening will be free, or en route to Prague [approx 20 mins out of Pilzen, the group takes the optional tour to the Pilzner Brewery this 2.5 hour tour includes tasting, lunch and a short tour of the Brewery. The tour [depending on group size, costs approximately £23]. *This concert can be moved to day 4 as long as Pilzen is on a Sunday.
Day 4: Free day to explore Prague or Optional Tour to Kutna Hora 9.30a.m-3.00 p.m. [minimum numbers of 40 required]
The picturesque medieval town of Kutna Hora, part of the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage, is situated approximately 60 km east of Prague. The source of the beauties and riches of Kutna Hora are in the silver mines that were exploited most intensively in the 14th and 15th century. Option for extra performance in the evening if desired.
Day 5: Return Flight to UK where coaches will be available to transport group back to base.
Accommodation as per itinerary on a bed and breakfast basis.
Concerts: As advised, soloists are not normally used in Choral concerts in Prague the norm is to invite a local Choir to perform briefly during the concert in order to welcome the visiting Choir.
